QUICK SET BLANKER

This system was designed and developed to reduce tooling costs, enabling end users to economically use the blanking station during low-sheet-count runs.

This system uses a new Quick Set Frame, together with several new components, to produce Lower Tooling
Inserts that quickly and easily mount into the lower tool frame.
When the Quick Set Frame is left in place on the lower pull out frame, Lower Tooling Inserts can be quickly and efficiently changed, minimizing costly make ready times.
